Content

What is Expanded PTFE Gasket?

Expanded PTFE gasket is cut from expanded ptfe gasket sheet materials, expanded PTFE gasket and seal materials consists of virgin PTFE with multidirectional fibrous and porous structure, which the extruded PTFE consists of a special manufacturing process provides the material with special chemical and physical properties. Expanded PTFE gasket resists cold flow and creep while offering the widest range of sealability, chemical resistance, and temperature service of any material offered.

Expanded PTFE Gaskets

Application

Expanded PTFE gasket material is designed for use in process piping and equipment in chemical, pulp and paper, food and beverage and other general industrial applications where resistance to highly aggressive chemicals is required. Expanded PTFE gasket is suitable for use in steel flanges and flanges with irregular surfaces. Our expanded PTFE gasket conforms to FDA requirements.

Advantage of Expanded PTFE Gasket

Expanded PTFE gasket adapts well to sealing surfaces, compensates irregularities, it has superior resistance to creep and cold flow and very high sealability especially at very low stresses

What Flange Types it can Fit?

Expanded PTFE gasket can be used for full face flange, raised face flange and other types of flanges

What Certificate We can Offer?

Our expanded PTFE gasket conforms to FDA 21 CFR177.1550, 2011/65/EU RoHS 2.0, REACH 1907/2006 and MSDS

Expanded PTFE Gasket Standard

This expanded PTFE gasket can be made according to ASME B16.21, JIS, DIN 2690 and EN 15142 IBC.
